How nice! It means your manuscript is complete, and you need a fresh pair of eyes to check some stuff: spelling, grammar, punctuation, consistency of your chosen style, appropriateness of your words in relation to the message you're trying to send, and much more.

Oh, almost there! Just one final step. All that's left to do before you publish or submit your manuscript is flush those pesky typos out of their hiding places, verify that formatting and layouting are as they should be, and run a final check on grammar and punctuation (yes, the copyeditor has been there already, but they've done way more than that and it's just human that something eluded their keen eyes).
